The land is situated
between the countryside and Geneva downtown.

The house has been
built in order to leave the maximum free space for the garden
exposed to South, the small courtyard exposed to North being
reserved for access and parking.
Architectural concept:
The building has been built with a big floor plan, low walls
and large roof going down close to the ground.

The project was
drawn as a perfect "H" strictly symetric, the center part
being the entry, the stairs and the living room. The conception
allows parents to live on one level, their private rooms (bedroom,
bathroom and office) being all on the first floor. The second
floor only comprised of children bedrooms with a common access
to balcony.

The
everyday access is from the covered parking to a side entry
arriving in a laundry room and a dressing, then to the kitchen,
the dining room, conservatory and living room. The basement
comprises of technical rooms, kids playroom, and a small appartment
including bedroom, bathroom and toilet with outside light. |
